I’m Tamie Myers, your guide to soulful branding and transformative experiences. Through Tamie Myers, The Innovator Edge, Event Connoisseur, and SOL Retreat, I offer branding strategy, image consulting, curated events, holistic retreats, and digital products. My mission is to help you align your energy with your vision. These Terms apply to all my services and website.

2. Services & Products

I offer a range of services and products, including but not limited to:

Branding & Image Consulting: Visual identity design, social media branding, and confidence coaching.
Event Curation: Bespoke events across the US and beyond.
Holistic Retreats: Transformative experiences combining wellness, spirituality, and connection.
Digital Products: Planners, courses, and resources like the Success Is a Vibe Undated Digital Planner Bundle.
Content & Media: Podcasts (The Soul’s Journey), YouTube series, and workshops.

Details, pricing, and availability are listed on my website or provided during booking. All services are subject to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To use my services or purchase products, you must be:

At least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).
Legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
Not barred from using my services under applicable laws.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who doesn’t meet these criteria or violates these Terms.

4. Booking & Payments

Booking: Services like consultations, events, or retreats require booking via my website or approved platforms. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Payments: All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed upon. I accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable: Payments for services, events, or retreats are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5.
Late Payments: For payment plans, late payments may result in suspension of services or cancellation of bookings without refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Services: Branding consultations and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed due to their customized nature.
Events & Retreats:
- Cancellations 30+ days before the event/retreat may receive a partial refund (minus a 25% processing fee).
- Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be transferable to another event/retreat at my discretion.
My Cancellations: If I cancel an event or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ll offer a full refund or credit toward a future service.
Digital Products: Due to their instant access nature, digital products (e.g., planners, courses) are non-refundable once purchased.
Chargebacks: Disputes or chargebacks without contacting me first may result in loss of access to services and additional fees.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using my services or products, you agree to:

Behave respectfully during events, retreats, or interactions with me or others.

Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and designs created by Tamie Myers (e.g., branding assets, retreat materials, digital products, website content, podcast episodes) are my intellectual property. You may:

Use purchased digital products for personal use.
Share branded assets created for you as part of a paid service.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or sell my content without written permission.
Use my trademarks, logos, or signature phrases (e.g., “Dream. Streamline. Thrive.”) for commercial purposes.
Modify or create derivative works from my materials.

8. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Access: Digital products (e.g., planners, courses) are delivered via email or a secure platform. You’re responsible for maintaining access to your account.
Subscriptions: Services like The Luxe Vision Suite operate on a recurring billing cycle (e.g., monthly). You can cancel anytime, but no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Technical Issues: I’m not responsible for issues accessing digital products due to your device, internet, or account settings. Reach out for support at image@tamiemyers.com.

9. Events & Retreats

Conduct: You agree to follow all rules and guidelines during events or retreats, including safety and respect for others.
Liability: I’m not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or losses during events/retreats unless caused by my gross negligence.
Travel: For retreats (e.g., SOL Retreat), you’re responsible for your travel, accommodations, and related costs unless included in the package.
Force Majeure: I’m not liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics). Refunds or credits will be handled per Section 5.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

My services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
I’m not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress) arising from your use of my services or products.
My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product.

11. Indemnification
